I started attending Kropyvnytskyi Corps, Ukraine Division, from October 1997. On March 15th, 1998, I was enrolled as a soldier of Kropyvnytskyi Corps. Now I am a corps sergeant major.
Like many people, I could not even think that war would come to Ukraine. But at dawn on February 24, 2022, we were awakened by explosions in our town. My husband’s sister called from Melitopol and informed that they were being bombed, and this was the beginning of the war.
On February 26, 2022, my husband was mobilized for military service. Of course, this upset me as much as the war itself.
With faith in God, our family survived the first year of war, also with faith in victory. This is the Light with which we walk through our lives. Our Lord Jesus gives us this Light and Hope, because we believe that nothing is impossible for Him.
My family and I thank God for our future victory, and we make our significant contribution to the cause of serving God and the people of Ukraine.
