Youth Ministry is a very important part of The Salvation Army’s work in Ukraine. This ministry provides spiritual inspiration for young people and promotes interesting leisure activities.
The Salvation Army in Ukraine runs bible studies for young people, as well as English conversation clubs involving local and foreign students. Young people from corps of The Salvation Army have put on drama performances for orphans and children with special needs. Music groups help to create a special atmosphere during worship, Christmas youth gatherings, on Students’ Day and at other events.
Sport is an important leisure activity for young people in The Salvation Army. There are opportunities to learn table tennis and go jogging. These activities not only promote a healthy and active lifestyle, they also help to raise funds for people in need.
